Email us at hello@aucacoins.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day.

Get Return Authorization

We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Do not ship without an RMA number.

Pack & Ship

Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship using a trackable method — we recommend insuring high-value items.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item (1–3 business days), we'll process your refund. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How long does a refund take? +
Once we receive your returned item, we inspect it within 1–3 business days. After approval, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Do I have to pay for return shipping? +
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective), we cover return shipping. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I exchange instead of returning? +

My package says delivered but I didn't receive it? +
Please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If not found within 3 days of the delivery date, contact us — we'll file a claim with the carrier.
