How do I view my orders?

Log in to your account

Click "Account & Lists" in the top navigation

Select "Your Orders" from the dropdown

You'll see all your past and current orders with their status

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also:

Click on the order you want to track

Click the tracking number to see real-time delivery updates
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are shipped.

Find your order and check if it still shows "Pending" status

Contact us immediately at hello@aucacoins.com with your order number
⚠️ Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may be able to return it after delivery.

How do I add items to my wishlist?

Browse any product on the Shop page

Click the ❤️ heart icon on any product card

The item is saved to your wishlist automatically
💡 You must be logged in to save items to your wishlist.
How do I view and manage my wishlist?

Go to My Wishlist

You'll see all saved items with current prices

Click "Add to Cart" to purchase or the heart icon again to remove
⭐ Reviews
How do I leave a product review?

Go to the product page you purchased

Scroll down to the "Customer Reviews" section

Click "Write a Review"

Select your star rating and write your review

Click "Submit Review" — it will appear after approval
💡 You must have purchased the product to leave a verified review.
Why isn't my review showing?
All reviews go through a brief approval process to ensure quality. Reviews are typically approved within 48 hours. If your review hasn't appeared after 48 hours, please contact us.24
How do I add or edit a saved address?

Go to My Addresses

Click "Add New Address" or "Edit" on an existing one

Fill in your address details and click "Save"
💡 Your saved addresses auto-fill during checkout to save you time.
How do I set a default address?

Go to My Addresses

Click "Set as Default" next to the address you want

This address will be pre-selected at checkout
💬 Offers
How do I make an offer on a product?

Go to any product page that shows the "Make an Offer" button

Click "Make an Offer" and enter your price
3
Submit your offer — we'll respond within 48 hours
💡 Offers must be at least 70% of the listed price to be considered.
How do I check the status of my offers?

Go to My Offers

You'll see all your offers with their current status: Pending, Accepted, or Declined

If accepted, you'll receive an email with a special checkout link

How do I request a return?

Find the order and click "Request Return"

Select the items and reason for return

Submit — we'll review and respond within 1 business day

How do I update my name, email or password?

Update your Personal Information — name and phone

To change your password, scroll to "Change Password"

💡 Email addresses cannot be changed for security reasons. Contact us if you need to update your email.
How do I check my loyalty points?

Your loyalty points balance is shown on the account dashboard
💡 You earn 1 point for every $10 spent. Points can be redeemed on future purchases.

How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?

Choose your preferred method: Email code, Authenticator App, or SMS

Follow the setup steps and verify with the code sent

2FA is now active — you'll need it every time you log in

How do I view and manage my active sessions?

Go to Security & Sessions

You'll see all devices currently logged in to your account

Click "Sign out all other sessions" if you see suspicious activity
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

Go to the Login page

Click "Forgot password?"

Enter your email address and click "Send Reset Link"

Check your email and click the reset link (valid for 1 hour)

Enter and confirm your new password
